About this file
This document is an Optional Pre-Quote Conference presentation for Bid Solicitation #20DPP00507 for Independent Medical Examinations and Support services for the New Jersey Division of Pensions and Benefits. The bid solicitation covers Mercer County and Trenton City. Questions are due by 2 PM on August 31, 2020, and quotes are due by 2 PM on November 20, 2020. The presentation reviews the bid solicitation sections, including the purpose, background, scope of work, quote submission requirements, contractual language, and evaluation criteria. It provides guidance on completing the price sheet properly, as well as other helpful tips for vendors.
The presentation emphasizes that the purpose of the conference is to address procedural questions only, not questions related to the scope of work or required services. Vendors are instructed to use the Q&A tab in NJSTART to submit any scope-related questions. The bid solicitation includes set-aside requirements, and the presentation cautions vendors against adding any conflicting terms and conditions to their quotes.
