About this file
This document is an Optional Pre-Quote Conference PowerPoint presentation for Bid Solicitation T1766 - Barber and Beautician Services, a state and local contract opportunity in New Jersey. The purpose of the conference is to address procedural questions regarding the bid solicitation and quote submission requirements. The bid solicitation is for providing barber and beautician services, with quotes due by 2pm on April 8, 2021. Vendors must be registered in NJSTART and have current contact information. The bid solicitation covers the scope of work, quote submission requirements, contractual language, and evaluation criteria. Vendors are reminded to review the bid solicitation thoroughly, submit any questions prior to the deadline, and complete the price sheet accurately with no formatting changes or additional language.
The price sheet must be completed in full, indicating "no charge" if the cost is $0. Vendors should not leave any price lines blank, make formatting changes, or add additional language, assumptions, or fees. The price sheet may have been revised via bid amendment, so vendors should confirm they are using the proper version. Vendors are also reminded not to include language reserving the right to modify contracted terms or charge additional fees. This bid solicitation has a subcontracting set-aside requirement, and vendors must consult the Division of Revenue & Enterprise Services for information regarding registered small businesses and/or disabled veteran businesses.
