Title: Vehicle Barrier Maintenance for Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina

Description: Preventive Maintenance (Non-Personal Service): The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, travel, periodic inspection, minor repair, and other items and services necessary to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) on Vehicle Barriers in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Manufacturer's Service Manuals, and other identified requirements.

The period of performance is anticipated to begin on or about 1 Februrary 2026 for a period of one (1) year, with four one (1) year option periods. The anticipated award date is January 2026.

Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where work is to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A site visit will be scheduled for sometime in October 2025; the date will be posted with the Solicitaiton. Only one site visit will be held.

No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting the web page frequently to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) –in order to be eligible for award. Representations and Certifications must also be updated via SAM.
