Amendment #001 is for the following changes to solicitation SV0175-25.
Q1. Does the government require a minimum level of security clearance for this opportunity?
A1. No
Q2. How will the lights will be mounted on surface. I believe they should be mounted on the ceiling. What is the current ceiling? Hang from concrete by wires.
a- If it is flat drywall ceiling, we will have to cut the drywall, install the lights, secure the lights and touch up the ceiling?
b- If it is the ceiling tiles, we will have to install the lights into the ceiling gripe, secure the lights to the ceiling deck? What is the ceiling deck? It is concrete ore steel?
c- How you want me to install the lock out and tag every units?
A2. a- No drywall ceilings concrete.

Q3. How many lights will be control on one switch?
A3. Estimated lights per switch, definitive number will be determined at later date.
Q4. How many home runs we have to run for total of 36 lights? If we pull the home run from the electric panel, we will have to add new breakers into the panel. Is there is a local electric panel or we have to pull from the electric room?
A4. Electric panel, how many home runs is up to how you install.
Q5. How you want to secure the MC cable. Using metal conduits and hanging them to the ceiling deck?
Direct hanging the MC cable to the ceiling deck?

Q6. Must we meet all the requirements in the department of justice contractor residency requirement.
A6. Yes, must meet all the requirements of Department of Justice Contractor Residency.
Q7. As the SOW, we have to order all materials and deliver them to the job site before we perform the work.
Will I have to funding upfront by myself to buy materials?
A7. Yes
Q8. Normally how long will it take to get the paycheck after we send the invoice?
A8. 15 days after invoice has been received
Q9. Is there any specific way to write on CERTIFICATE HOLDER that my insurance agent needs to know?
A9. No, just needs to address areas of insurance required.
Q10. Clarification on the equivalent LED fixtures for the Lithonia model, acceptable range of specifications for equivalent fixtures?

Q11. Is this a brand new contract, if not what is the previous contract #?
A11. This is a new requirement and there is no previous contract.
All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
