About this file

This is a specification document for server procurement supporting a Dell PowerEdge technology refresh initiative. The document details requirements for two Dell PowerEdge servers intended for database operations, specifying technical configurations, performance parameters, and compatibility standards necessary for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) infrastructure modernization project.

The specification document serves as technical reference material for the Sources Sought notice (Solicitation Number N64498-26-SIMACQ-PD-60-0099), which is being issued for market research purposes by NSWCPD to gather capability information from potential vendors regarding procurement of three Dell PowerEdge servers and Schneider Electric Power Distribution Units. Interested vendors must submit unclassified capability statements via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 6:00 PM EST on September 21, 2026, with the solicitation number referenced in the subject line. This is a pre-solicitation notice for market research under FAR Part 10 and does not constitute a binding commitment to award a contract. The Government will not provide compensation for response development costs, will retain all submissions as Government property, and will not release proprietary information without written permission.
