About this file
This is a standalone server specification document for a technology refresh procurement by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The specification details requirements for one (1) rackmount server with comprehensive technical requirements across multiple components and subsystems.
The server must feature dual Intel Xeon 6 Performance processors (minimum 48-core/96 threads, 2.7 GHz base frequency, 330W TDP), 768 GB of DDR5-6400 ECC RDIMM memory, and a NVIDIA L4 GPU with 24 GB GDDR6 memory and 300 GB/s bandwidth. Storage requirements include a BOSS-N1 RAID controller with dual 480 GB M.2 NVMe drives in RAID 1 configuration for boot, and a PERC H965i controller supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60 with minimum 33.6 TB of SAS storage at 10,000 RPM. The server requires dual redundant 3200W hot-plug power supplies (200-240V AC input), a Broadcom 57504 network card with quad 10/25GbE SFP28 ports, multiple USB ports, TPM 2.0, and Performance BIOS with UEFI boot mode. All components must be sourced from Original Component Manufacturers, OEMs, or authorized distributors with no counterfeit parts permitted. The procurement includes 24/7 technical support and next business day on-site service for five years, with hardware warranty and optional extended component retention for enterprise environments. This specification is part of the larger pre-solicitation notice N64498-26-SIMACQ-PD-60-0099 for procurement of three Dell PowerEdge servers and related equipment.
