About this file

This is a Supplier Questions & Answers document issued by the Georgia Department of Public Health in response to an electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) for Fully Automated COVID-19 Testing Kiosks. The RFX (RFX Number: DPH0000208) seeks to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide fully automated testing kiosks and test kits for COVID-19, flu, and related testing throughout Georgia. The kiosks will be placed at various locations across the state and the resulting contract will be available to other State of Georgia governmental entities, colleges, and universities. The document, revised on February 11, 2011, was issued by Arnaz Fanning, the designated Issuing Officer, with inquiries directed to arnaz.fanning@dph.ga.gov. Key specification details indicate that the automated testing kiosks must have the capacity to hold at least 700 COVID-19 test kits at one time, with the actual volume requirement varying considerably depending on kiosk placement locations throughout the state.

The Q&A document serves an informational purpose and clarifies that any modifications to the RFX terms must be issued through published addendums or new versions in the Team Georgia Marketplace. The document contains multiple question and answer sections addressing supplier inquiries; however, the specific pricing terms, evaluation criteria, response deadlines, and other contractual details are not detailed in this particular Q&A excerpt. Suppliers should refer to the full RFX documentation and any subsequent addendums for complete information regarding pricing structures, set-asides, funding sources, and award timelines.
