About this file

This is a supplier portal instruction guide prepared by the State University of New York (SUNY) to facilitate vendor access to bidding opportunities on the Jaggaer eProcurement System. The guide provides step-by-step registration and login procedures for suppliers seeking to participate in SUNY bid opportunities, which are available for SUNY Campuses, SUNY Systems Administration, Stony Brook University, and the University at Buffalo through the Jaggaer platform. The related bid opportunity is for the construction of the Institute for Discovery and Innovation in Medical Engineering (I-DIME) at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. This new construction project requires all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for completion, with deliverables to be provided NET FOB Destination. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Stony Brook University's Research & Development Park, and only contractors attending this visit are eligible to submit bids. The project must be completed within 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. All questions must be submitted in writing through the Jaggaer Q&A Board, with the question period closing on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) has been adopted for this project and must be executed and followed by the selected low bidder; the PLA promotes bidding from both union and non-union contractors but dictates acceptable staffing patterns. Suppliers must register on the Jaggaer platform at https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin using their company information, including legal company name, DUNS Number, and contact details, and create an account password to access bid documents and submit proposals. For technical support or additional questions regarding the registration process or bid opportunity, suppliers may contact Jaggaer Customer Support at 1-800-233-1121 or refer to the SUNY Means Business website and the New York State Contract Reporter site for additional procurement information.
