About this file

This Supplementary Conditions document outlines additional requirements for the Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1A – Clarifier No. 1 Rehabilitation project in Rosenberg, Texas. The project, managed by the City of Rosenberg in Fort Bend County with engineering support from Garver, LLC, carries an estimated budget of $1,000,000 and a completion timeline of 365 calendar days. Key project specifications include traffic management requirements prohibiting full lane closures during peak hours while maintaining uninterrupted thru traffic, site restoration using hydromulch from right-of-way to right-of-way lines with one row of full 18-inch-wide sodding placed behind curbs or sidewalks for the project length, and water service line connections utilizing copper for the short side and EndoPure PE-4710 in sleeve (or approved equal) for the long side.

The contractor shall compensate the City Inspector at an hourly rate of $150.00 for any Saturday work performed on the project. These supplementary conditions establish specific material standards, traffic control protocols, landscaping requirements, and labor cost expectations that bidders must incorporate into their project proposals and cost estimates.
