The requirements specify that offerors must provide a comprehensive package demonstrating their capabilities to provide CDL training and testing services.

The cost section requires vendors to submit a detailed budget that includes a per-student training fee breakdown, encompassing materials, training fees, testing fees, and a breakdown of the trainer's salary. Vendors must also provide their licenses and certifications required by state and federal law for CDL A (restricted or unrestricted) and B license training and testing. The narrative component requires a one-page document showcasing the vendor's experience and success in providing CDL training services, with examples of related expertise and knowledge.
