About this file

This is a Subcontractor Summary document for the City of St. Petersburg, Florida related to the Lake Vista Safety Pool Cover project. The document outlines the removal and replacement of the existing safety pool cover at Lake Vista Pool located at 1450 60th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33705. The project requires qualified vendors to furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals to complete the work. The file appears to track subcontractor participation and sheltered vendor involvement in the bidding process for this pool cover replacement initiative.

The document provides details on subcontractor utilization and sheltered market participation metrics associated with the project. This summary format is typically used to document compliance with small business, minority-owned business, women-owned business, and sheltered workshop participation goals or actual subcontractor assignments on state and local government contracts. The file serves as an accountability record for vendor diversity and participation requirements established by the City of St. Petersburg for this procurement.
