This is a Subcontractor Listing form for the City of Pasadena Water & Power Department's Reverse Osmosis, Degasification and Ion Exchange System Support Services procurement. The form is designed to capture information regarding subcontractors and shoring design engineers that primary contractors intend to utilize on this project. The solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide specialized water purification system support services at the Glenarm Power Plant located at 85 E. State Street, Pasadena, California. The scope of work encompasses bi-monthly preventative maintenance visits, emergency and maintenance service calls, supply of treatment chemicals and powdered resin, offsite cleaning of membranes, and technical assistance to support the facility's production of approximately 8 million gallons of demineralized and deionized water annually for electric power generation. The pre-bid meeting is non-mandatory and scheduled for February 11, 2026 at 8:30 a.m., with questions due by February 19, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., and sealed bids due by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026. The initial contract term is three years from the date of execution with no optional extension periods.

Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the Grand Total Price for 16 line items covering mixed bed deionizer tanks, bi-weekly service visits, chemicals, powdered resin, cartridge filters, offsite membrane cleaning, and maintenance and emergency service calls. Bidders must comply with the City of Pasadena Living Wage Ordinance (applicable when contract total exceeds $25,000), minimum wage requirements, and Equal Employment Opportunity provisions.
