About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center for a Group 3 Swarm Carrier solution to support the Adaptive Airborne Enterprise (A2E) concept. The RFI seeks information from industry on their ability to deliver a Group 3 Swarm Carrier capable of internally carrying and deploying Group 2 sUAS with ISR payloads within 24-36 months. The RFI provides details on the required solution attributes, including range, payload capacity, operating altitude, speed, dimensions, autonomy, and deployment capabilities. Respondents are requested to provide information on development and production costs, sustainment requirements, and intellectual property rights. The RFI also includes optional questions about the feasibility of the timeline, teaming arrangements, and existing contract vehicles. Responses to the RFI are due by August 09, 2024, and should be submitted via DoD SAFE or encrypted email.
