About this file

This Statement of Work details a Video Installation and Integration project for Triangle Chapel's Sanctuary at Keesler Air Force Base. The project requires installing three LED monitors (minimum 100 inches) at front of house (FOH) and rear of house (ROH) locations, with Wi-Fi capabilities and the ability to display either identical or different video feeds. The contractor must remove three existing powered projection screens and three projectors currently mounted in the room. The sanctuary has a cathedral ceiling with specific dimensions: 154' back to front, 49'6" wide, with ceiling heights ranging from 17'8" at the wall to 37'7" at the midpoint. The video feed will originate from a production booth located in the center of the balcony, and up to 200 feet of new cable may be required to connect the monitors. The government will provide a Mac Mini with an Apple M1 Chip for video and audio transmission.

The document is part of a Sources Sought announcement for a potential Audio/Video/Lighting upgrade project, issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command. Responses to the Sources Sought Notice are due by 10:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, 18 June 2025, and must be emailed to specified Air Force contract personnel. Interested parties are required to provide company details, confirm compliance with project requirements, and indicate whether the items are available on a Federal Supply Schedule contract. This is a market research effort to identify potential sources for the project, and submission does not guarantee future solicitation or contract award.
