STATEMENT OF WORK - ACCRUENT MERIDIAN SOFTWARE MIGRATION AND TRAINING
This Statement of Work outlines requirements for vendor migration support and end-user training services for Accruent Meridian software at NSWC Carderock in West Bethesda, Maryland. The contractor must provide ten (10) Meridian Term licenses with one (1) year of license maintenance, on-site installation and configuration support for the newest version of Meridian, and migration of the existing software and database from the previous system. The contractor shall also provide end-user training to Government personnel in the use and management of the new software, which may be delivered in-person or via web-based format.
The contractor must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized OEM dealer, with all on-site personnel required to be U.S. Citizens. Work must commence within two (2) weeks of contract award and extend for a 12-month period of performance from the contract award date. The primary deliverable is a Technical Training Plan (CDRL A001, DI-SESS-81958) that includes the schedule for execution of migration support activities and training delivery. No security requirements apply to this effort. The background indicates Code 89 has used Accruent software for over 15 years to manage engineering documents and design data for Department 80 Hydro Facilities but experienced a lapsed maintenance contract and hardware failure necessitating this migration initiative.
