The project involves installing government-furnished LVP laminate flooring, carpet, and baseboard trim in 19 housing units (7 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom, and 2 four-bedroom units) during the period from May 12, 2025, to August 15, 2025. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing flooring, installing new materials wall-to-wall (excluding garages, kitchens, bathrooms, and basements), and ensuring high-quality installation with smooth, uniform surfaces and minimal seams.

Nine homes will receive full flooring replacement, while five will have full carpet replacement only, and five will have LVP flooring and baseboard trim installation only. The project is set aside for small businesses and will be awarded based on lowest price and technical acceptability.
