About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Monaco D-21 V2 Windows 11 Technology Upgrade at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base (AFB). The SOW requires the contractor to provide all materials, tools, and labor to purchase, deliver, and install the technology upgrade to the existing Monaco D-21 emergency management system at the Hurlburt Field Fire Department. The upgrade includes replacing the "brain" of the system with new Windows 11 rack mount CPUs, configuring the new hardware with the existing D-21 database and software, and providing system maintenance and operator training. The government will provide access to the facilities and necessary power/network connectivity. The contractor must complete the work within 90 days and is not required to provide services on federal holidays. The government intends to award a sole source contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. for this upgrade due to the proprietary nature of the existing system.
