About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Ohio National Guard's Joint Operations Center Personal Electronic Device Surveillance system. The SOW outlines requirements for two primary systems: a Ferromagnetic Portal and a Wireless Intrusion Detection and Deterrent Alert System. The Ferromagnetic Portal (quantity: 1) must detect cell phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, wearables, and weapons across multiple configuration options, with capabilities including ferrous detection, versatile mounting options, and internal battery charging. The Wireless Intrusion Detection System (quantity: 1) must detect various wireless transmissions across 2G-5G networks, be wall-mountable or freestanding, produce audible/visual alerts, operate on existing infrastructure power, include an emergency battery backup, and be transportable by a single individual. The associated solicitation (W91364-25-Q-A058) is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS code of 334290, requiring USA-made or TAA-compliant products, with quotes due by 12:00 PM on August 29, 2025, to be submitted through GSA Advantage.
