About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details an epoxy floor coating project for Building 9727 at Tyndall Air Force Base's Robotics Maintenance / Range Control Facility. The project requires installing a 2-part epoxy flooring system with blue, black, and white flakes, at least 0.25 inches thick, covering approximately one floor (excluding Room 106). The contractor must prepare the existing concrete floor, apply the coating to withstand forklift traffic without marking, and complete the work within 10 calendar days of contract award.
Key contract details include submission of three required deliverables: a work plan (due within 5 days of award), material data sheets, and a completion report. The government will provide building access and remove/reinstall furniture, while the contractor supplies all coating materials and equipment. The contract will be compensated at a firm-fixed rate per square foot, with a total cost not to exceed a ceiling amount to be established during contract award. The project is solicited under Solicitation Number FA481925R0013 by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command, with final acceptance determined through visual inspection and a forklift traffic test conducted within 3 days of project completion.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install a floor coating system in Building 9727 (Robotics Maintenance / Range Control Facility), Tyndall Air Force Base, excluding Room 106 (IT Closet). The work includes floor preparation, application of a 2-part epoxy coating with flakes, and final cleaning. The coating must withstand forklift traffic without marking or indentation and meet aesthetic standards. All work shall comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
