About this file
This Statement of Need (SON) outlines a federal contract opportunity for a comprehensive fitness management software solution for a multi-domain wellness and performance hub serving over 4,000 individuals including aircrew, maintainers, support staff, students, and family members. The proposed software must streamline digital sign-in, centralize scheduling across disciplines, enable real-time data mining and reporting, and provide a secure storefront for booster club operations while accommodating a diverse user base of providers like strength coaches, cognitive performance specialists, aerospace physiologists, and chaplains.
The system will be operational in specified facilities for one year, beginning upon contract award. Key performance objectives include providing an intuitive digital sign-in interface, ensuring data security, enabling staff to generate utilization metrics, identifying performance trends, supporting centralized scheduling, and serving as a unified scheduling interface for multiple disciplines including Mental Health, Sports Medicine, Dietetics, Cognitive Performance, Aerospace Physiology, and Flight Medicine. The software must adhere to Department of Defense and Air Force cybersecurity requirements, safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Deliverables include a proposed project plan within 5 business days of contract award and full software delivery and setup within 30 days of contract award.
