About this file
This is a Standard Specifications document for Detailed Traffic Management (DTM) that appears to be prepared for use by Arizona state and local jurisdictions, specifically in conjunction with the Robert Price Park project, a new ground-up park construction in Arizona. The document establishes technical specifications and standards for traffic management activities related to the park development project. The specifications provide detailed requirements for traffic control measures, including equipment standards, installation procedures, maintenance protocols, and safety requirements that contractors must follow during project execution. These standards ensure consistency and safety across traffic management operations throughout the construction and implementation phases of the park project.
The document serves as a binding technical reference that all bidders and contractors must adhere to when submitting proposals and executing work related to the Robert Price Park project. The specifications cover industry-standard practices and Arizona-specific requirements for traffic management, establishing baseline performance expectations and quality standards. By incorporating these standardized specifications into the procurement process, the jurisdiction ensures that all competing contractors operate under identical technical requirements, promoting fair competition and predictable project outcomes. The specifications are mandatory compliance documents that form part of the overall contract terms and conditions for any awarded traffic management work associated with the park's development.
