Subject: Amendment 0001 to Human Resources Support Services RFP

The purpose of this letter is to inform you of changes and to make clarifications to the Human Resource Support Services solicitation, and to release responses to the questions and comments received for the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Due to the delay in releasing the responses to the comments and questions for the subject RFP the following changes are being made to solicitation number ST-1330-14-RP-0096 via the attached SF30 Amendment (0001):

1. The due date for proposal submissions is being changed

From: Monday, July 28, 2014 To: Monday, August 4, 2014

2. The due date for Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ) submissions is being changed

From: Monday, July 28, 2014 To: Monday, August 4, 2014

The time for the aforementioned due dates remains at 16:00 PM EST. Please plan accordingly to assure that all proposal submission material is in the Government’s possession by this stated time. Anything received after will not be considered.

The following annotations are being sent as reminders for all Prospective Offerors, and are not binding terms and conditions not already stated within the original RFP:

· Please carbon copy amar.medatia@noaa.gov on all proposal submissions on or before the newly established due date of August 4 ,2014;

· Proposals not received by the Government in full by the date and time established by the RFP will be considered late and will be eliminated from further consideration. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to account for any technical delays that may occur during the transmission of proposals;

· Please read all aspects of the RFQ carefully and conform to instructions prior to submission.

Other changes to the solicitation as a result of the responses provided can be found in Amendment 0001.
