About this file
This document is a Sole Source Notification (SSN # KLW-2024-16) issued by the University of Wyoming for TimeClock Plus, detailing the university's intent to purchase a professional software license and maintenance package. The university seeks to acquire approximately 2,000 TimeClock Plus Professional Annual Clockable Employee Licenses along with hardware support and maintenance for a five-year term. Interested parties must submit a Statement of Capabilities electronically through BidNet's portal by 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time on May 9, 2024, with the university reserving the right to be the sole judge in reviewing responses.
The sole source procurement is justified by the university's long-standing relationship with TimeClock Plus, having been a customer since 2003 and integrating the system with their Oracle ERP in 2016. The current system meets the university's needs, and replacing it would require substantial resources and staff time that are not currently available. The university emphasizes that this notice is informational and not a competitive quote request, with the ultimate determination of proceeding with a competitive solicitation remaining at the university's discretion. Any confidential or proprietary information in submissions must be clearly marked and separately packaged to be considered for review.
