About this file

This is a Sources Sought Questionnaire from NAVFAC Pacific for contract opportunity N62742DBBP722 related to aircraft hydrant fueling system construction services under NAICS Code 237120.

Respondents must provide firm information including name, address, phone number, and CAGE/SAM Unique Entity Identifier, and identify their small business status (Section 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, or Small Business). Firms must submit documentation of up to three relevant projects demonstrating experience with new construction of pressurized aircraft hydrant fueling systems containing a minimum of 5,000 feet of piping and six hydrant outlet pits. Each project must include all three of the following features: at least one emergency fuel shutoff station or emergency power down station at a hydrant outlet, a cathodic protection system for underground fuel piping, and testing, pigging, and commissioning of hydrant fueling systems. Projects must have been completed or substantially completed (at least 75% physically complete) within the past fifteen years and performed by the specific entity proposed for the work. For multiple award and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts, respondents must submit work performed under individual task orders rather than the contract as a whole. Firms must also provide a letter from their Corporate Surety documenting single contract bonding capacity. The questionnaire distinguishes between experience (types and amounts of projects accomplished) and past performance (quality of contractor performance).
