About this file
This document is a Notice of Sole Source Hearing Details from the State of Illinois Chief Procurement Office for General Services. The hearing is being held to determine if a sole source contract award to Interpark LLC for parking services at 160 N. LaSalle in Chicago is appropriate under the Illinois Procurement Code. The contract will provide up to 85 parking spaces within a 2-3 block radius of the 160 N. LaSalle location for state-paid and employee-paid parking. The contract term is from May 31, 2024 to June 1, 2025 with no renewal options, and the estimated value of the initial term is $675,000. The sole source justification is based on the need for parking capacity within a specific proximity to the 160 N. LaSalle location and the expiration of the current contract.
The selected vendor, Interpark LLC, will guarantee a monthly rate for the state-paid parking spaces and make employee-paid parking available at a defined contract rate. This sole source procurement is open to all qualified vendors, but the contract will be awarded to Interpark LLC as the sole source provider. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. Interpark LLC is the current incumbent vendor, and the contract will require integration with existing parking infrastructure and technology.
