EVALUATION CRITERIA

☒ If checked, the Government anticipates making a single award (all or none). If this box is not checked, requirement will be evaluated for split award.

Source selection criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Quotations submitted by each vendor will be evaluated in accordance with the specifications provided in the solicitation, and determined to be either acceptable or unacceptable. Technical submissions that do not meet the minimum requirements will be rated as "Unacceptable" and will no longer be considered for further competition or award.

Period of Performance (POP) will be awarded as: not to exceed one year. Evaluation will also include a six-month extension of the contract end date under FAR 52.217-8.

The Government intends to make an award without discussions.

52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

(a) Evaluation factors. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:

Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA)

(b) Options (if applicable). The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced.

In the event that the need schedule changes, and there is a balance of undelivered material that is required after the initial one year period, the Government may exercise FAR 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services). The calculated price of the option will be established by calculating the price associated with a six-month extension.

The calculated price for the six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8 will be added to the quoted price of the base period to establish the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) for award purposes.

The evaluation of options does not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). The Government reserves the right to exercise the extension in whole or in increments up to a total of six (6) months in accordance with the clause.

(c) Notice of award. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer furnished to the successful Offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.

(End of provision)

☒ If checked, SPRS evaluation procedures apply to determine vendor responsibility.

Other than Certified Cost and Pricing Data may be requested to support fair and reasonable price determination.
