Pricing for services shall be based on unit prices established in the quotation form, with payment for litter removal services calculated per authorized mile and for bulk item removal calculated per hour. Disposal of collected materials must occur at the Charles County Landfill, the designated disposal facility, with recyclables separated and tires segregated per landfill policies. Contractors must maintain appropriate licensure, bonding, and insurance; provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials; and comply with OSHA, Maryland Occupational Safety and Health (MOSH), and Maryland Department of Transportation/State Highway Administration requirements. The contractor is responsible for GPS device repairs and replacements within 24 hours of County notification.
