About this file
This is a Special Events Permit Application Checklist outlining the requirements for obtaining permits in Pima County, Arizona, which appears to be related to traffic control requirements for the 2025 Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Air Show.
The checklist details six main requirements: 1) Submitting an online application through the Permitting Customer Portal for building, septic, floodplain, and ROW permits; 2) Obtaining Commercial General Liability insurance with $2,000,000 coverage per occurrence and aggregate, naming Pima County as additional insured; 3) Submitting a Traffic Control Plan prepared by a barricade company; 4) Scheduling point control with the Pima County Sheriff's Department Off-Duty Coordinator if required; 5) Submitting any required revisions to the Certificate of Insurance or Traffic Control Plan; and 6) Paying the application fee, which can be done online, by check, or in person at the Development Services desk. The document specifies that applicants must provide barricades, warning devices, and off-duty law enforcement at their own expense as indicated in the Traffic Control Plan.
