SPE602-24-R-0705

Amendment 0002

The changes set forth herein are incorporated into Solicitation SPE602-24-R-0705 and is amended as follows:

1. Solicitation Note #1 is revised as follows:

DLA Energy is issuing this Commercial Products (FAR Part 12/FAR Par 15) RFP to obtain offers on world-wide additive requirements and anticipates awarding multiple requirements contracts with a performance period of January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026. The performance period is 24 months. The Bulk Fuel Additives procurement includes requirements for two additives: Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) and Diesel Fuel Additive (LIA). The methods of delivery are tank truck and ISO-containers.

Offerors are required to load in 5,000 USG ISO-containers and transport via truck to European and Japan destinations. For Middle Eastern destinations cargo vessel/truck will be the method of transportation. For CONUS locations, the delivery method used is tank truck. For this procurement Guam is considered as a CONUS location.

All offerors are reminded that "FOB destination delivery" requires the FSII to be delivered to each site, and that FOB port deliveries are not acceptable. The actual purchases will be made pursuant to orders placed in accordance with FAR 52.216-21

REQUIREMENTS (OCT 1995).

2. SPE60224R0705_Conformed Copy_AMD 0002 has been incorporated into the solicitation.

3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
