Total Evaluated Price This acquisition is conducted with the expectation of adequate price competition and will rely on the processes and procedures described under FAR 15.404-1(b) as the primary means of assessing quote reasonableness. The Government will evaluate quotes for responsiveness to the RFQ, but will not rank the quotes by price or non-price factors. Only those quotes that have been determined to be responsive to the RFQ will be evaluated for price
Offeror’s prices will be evaluated for award purposes based upon the lowest total evaluated price. Any substantiating documentation must not be greater than 30 days old. The Substantiated proposed prices for the items required under this BPA and provided in Attachment 1.4 will be included in the STORES ordering catalog following award. Historical demand quantities is the Government’s good faith estimate and does not represent any future obligation.
