STATEMENT OF WORK CHANGES
NOTE: Historically, the demand in the Australia platform has fluctuated every other year depending on the level of exercise activity. One such exercise is Exercise Talisman Sabre which has historically taken place biennially. The total estimated annual sales for Australia listed above is for a period when there was increased exercise activity. The total estimated annual sales for the Australia platform for a recent period without the Exercise Talisman Sabre
(demand without increased exercise activity) was $1,125,911.35. Solicitation estimates are only estimates and subject to increase or decrease based on the actual conditions on the ground. The range and depth of items on the catalog for the Australia platform may increase or decrease as demand is subject to change.

Work is deleted in its entirety and updated to read:
The Prime Vendor is to advise the customers of non-availability of an item and recommendation for re-order no later than 12:00 noon (local associated vendor platform time) of the skip day. For orders other than “skip day,” the Prime Vendor is to advise the customers of non-availability of an item and recommendation for re-order within 48 hours of receiving the STORES order via EDI. If it appears that the Prime Vendor does not expect a stock replenishment in sufficient time to fulfill the requirement, the Prime Vendor should offer the customer a substitute of equal or higher quality and of equal or lower cost or advise them of the not-in-stock position of the item and the date of the expected delivery from the manufacturer. For orders where less than the normal 48-hour order lead-time is provided to the Prime Vendor, every effort will be made to provide such notification to the customer of non-availability of an item prior to the arrival of the delivery.
For non-skip day customers, including NAVY and MSC customers, the Prime Vendor shall provide an initial fill rate to the Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Provisions Team and the Combat Logistics Force (CLF) Load out Planners within 48 hours of receiving the
