AMENDMENT 0001

Sources Sought Synopsis

ELECTRIC VEHICLE SUPPLY EQUIPMENT (EVSE) FEASIBILITY STUDY

March 2, 2022

The subject Sources Sought Synopsis is amended as follows to answer Request for Information (RFI) submitted.

1. Question: Would we be precluded from participating in the follow-on work if we are a key subcontractor on the Feasibility Assessment?

Answer: No.

2. Question: For this source sought is there a page limit you would like us to follow?

Answer: For the Sources Sought Synopsis issued there was no page limit requirement to be submitted.

3. Question: Do you expect the results of the SPD-EV Feasibility Study to lead to subsequent construction projects for installation of EV Charging Stations? Do you have an estimated timeline for these projects?

Answer: It is likely that the government will have a subsequent requirement for construction following the EVSE Feasibility Study. A timeline for such construction has not yet been determined.

4. Question: Good afternoon, we have never submitted on a “sources sought,” and I was curious as to how long it normally takes to make a decision?

Answer: A Sources Sought is simply Market Research. The government is gaining a perspective on the available number of contractors to perform this work from certain socio-economic categories.

5. Question: Can you confirm if any subsequent opportunity would be a SDVOSB set-aside as indicated in eBuy? If yes, would the SDVOSB set-aside be required to meet VA requirements for a SDVOSB, as per below:

852.219-10 VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set- Aside VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (DEC
