Additional Questions and Responses for EMM Solicitation SP8000-22-R-0002 June 14, 2022

1. If we submit an offer for less than 5,000 metric tons (example: 2,000 metric tons total), would our offer be considered?

Answer: No.

2. Item 5.3.3 a. of the SOW states each plastic bag will have a minimum thickness of 0.8 mm, which equates to 32 mils. This is very thick for a drum liner. Typical thickness of a plastic drum liner is 6 mils. 0.8 mm is not available from plastic liner suppliers I have spoken to thus far. Would appreciate your response soonest possible.

Answer: This is incorrect. The correct specifications for the drum liners are 8 mil. The SOW has been updated with this changed.
