| Attachment 1 | Manufacturer's Warranty | 4 | V.A. | ||||

| SP7000-22-R-1003 (08.11.2022) | Solicitation # SP7000-22-R-1003 | 4 of 40 | Attachments | "Vendors SHALL provide the specifications for each Device model number submitted." In which volume of our response should this information be provided, and are there any specific product details being requested? Also, should the completed SOW compliance form be submitted as a separate document or as part of a volume (if volume, which one)? | 1. The Government has used "Parts" and not "Volumes" in the solicitation. The device specifications are part of the technical part of each proposal so they shall be provided in Part II - Technical. This statement has been moved to Part II - Technical see SP7000-22-R-1003_Conformed. |
2. The SOW compliance form shall be submitted in Part II - Technical as stated in this section.

| Attachment 1 | Statement of Work | 14 of 31 | Appendix #3 | Can you explain more about the role of Leidos? It would seem they are serving as a consultant to DLA under contract N00039-20-D-0054 for the purpose of certifying hardware for use within NMCI, is that correct? | Leidos is the contractor the Navy uses to manage their entire network to include testing/certifying all devices that reside on the Navy network. Unless previously tested, DLA will first test all proposed devices and then send to Leidos for testing for our Navy customers. There is a significant delay in NMCI testing however as soon as all proposed devices in each category (MFD/printer/scanner) have passed DLA testing, DLA will begin offering those tested devices to our non-Navy customers. |

| Attachment 2 | Procurex Reverse Auction Instructions | 1 and 2 | Company Registration and User Accounts, Live bid | Assuming only awardees are expected to participate in live auctions, |
1. Why is it necessary to register with Procurex "no later than the solicitation close date," as indicated on page 1?
2. According to Procurex, companies must have an invitation to register, and page 2 further explains that "you will receive an email invitation to the live bid." Can you confirm if "close of the solicitation" refers to individual orders/live bids under the IDIQ?
3. Alternately, if registration is required before close of the the RFP (currently 9/24/22), will an invitation be provided to offerors and should offerors provide any proof of registration as part of their response to RFP? 1. Attachment 2 - Reverse Auction Instructions updated.
2. Solicitation close date, referred to in Item 1 has been changed in the Reverse Instructions. Also, reverse auctions will only be conducted with the up-to (7) seven LPTA vendors that are awarded a multiple award IDIQ and these subject to network testing and approval. Additionally, vendors will receive an email from the Government notifying them of a scheduled reverse auction.
3. The "Company Registration and User Accounts" first sentence has been updated. This question is no longer applicable due to that change.

| Attachment 1 | Statement of Work | 6 | Section 10 G | RFP only calls for SIPRtoken support on printers. Do the NIPR printers need to support CAC/PIV? | SIPR token support is NOT required for single-function printers. The MFDs proposed shall all be able to support NIPR or SIPR requirements as requested on the task order |
| Attachment 1 | Statement of Work | 3 | Section 3 B | Can DLA define High Capacity toner? Some OEM’s might have a 5,000 yield toner cartridge and consider that High Yield. Toner cartridges for volume band 1 (VB-1) color-capable devices shall have a minimum yield of 8,500 black impressions and 5,000 cyan/magenta/yellow impressions, and toner cartridges for volume band 2 (VB-2) color-capable devices shall have a minimum yield of 10,000 cyan/magenta/yellow/black impressions. |
| Attachment 1 | Statement of Work | 3 | Section 3 A | Based on the speed of both the Printer and MFP, it is clear that the government is looking for more of a workhorse type device. Would the government consider making ALL the adjustable trays a minimum of 500 sheets | No. Paper tray requirements were set to ensure maximum participation while still meeting our customer's minimum needs. |
