About this file
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a preventive maintenance agreement for the Evoqua/Xylem Water Purification System at the DLA Product Test Center's Analytical Unit in Philadelphia, PA. The contract covers a base year from 30 September 2025 to 29 September 2026, with three additional one-year option periods extending through 29 September 2029. The primary objective is to provide an on-demand source of high-quality Reverse Osmosis (RO) water throughout the laboratory.
The PWS requires Evoqua technicians to perform comprehensive monthly and quarterly maintenance tasks, including system checks, performance data recording, and function checks for various components such as blend valves, pumps, cartridge filters, and storage tanks. The maintenance schedule includes specific part replacements and analyses, such as filter cartridge replacements every two months, monthly system inspections, and annual standard analysis with Total Organic Carbon (TOC) testing. Invoices will be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), with Edward Francoeur serving as the point of contact, reachable at Edward.Francoeur@dla.mil or by phone at 445-737-0829.
