This document contains questions and answers related to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS) and Electronic Key Control (EKC) Systems Support contract for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The RFP seeks to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide design, acquisition, sustainment, maintenance, and cybersecurity support for DLA's ESS and EKC systems at various CONUS and OCONUS locations. Key details include:

The RFP closing date has been extended to September 16, 2024. The IDIQ contracts will have a base period and four option periods for a total of 5 years. Offerors must provide ceiling labor rates by labor category for CONUS and OCONUS locations, as well as an estimated material cost over the 5-year period. Task orders will be firm-fixed-price based on the location and scope. The government will provide some equipment and software, while the contractor is responsible for providing the remaining materials, spares, and licensing.
