About this file

This document is a justification for other than full and open competition for an Ephesoft software maintenance and integration support contract. The Defense Logistics Agency seeks to award a sole-source contract to the incumbent Ephesoft for continued software maintenance and integration support of their Document Automation Content Services Cloud Based Electronic Document Scanning system. The period of performance and pricing terms are not specified. The justification cites that Ephesoft is the only provider that can meet requirements due to their proprietary software, and that conducting a new competition would cause significant disruption and implementation costs. The agency certifies that all information in the justification is accurate and complete, and that they will continue efforts to promote competition for future requirements.
