NOTE: Offerors must submit their prices in the United States local currency (dollars). Proposals received in currency other than dollars shall be considered non-conforming and non-responsive to the solicitation.

3. The removal will be performed in its entirety in Kwajalein which is located in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Disposal and recycling can be performed elsewhere. The successful offeror must have all the required permits, registrations and licenses to perform work in Kwajalein. The successful Offeror shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits to conduct these services in accordance with all national, international, local laws, ordinances and regulations that govern collection, transportation, processing, recycling, and disposal of scrap.
