The Red Plan BXL – November 2014

THE RED PLAN

In the event of a spill of POL, Hazardous Materials (HM) or Hazardous

Wastes (HW) at USAG Benelux - Brussels and Sterrebeek Annex, this Red

Plan serves as an immediate action tool to initiate the correct response at the earliest possible time.

The Red Plan is to be used in the early stages of a spill and the user is expected to transition to the Spill Prevention and Response Plan (SPRP) after appropriate notifications and response actions are underway.

The SPRP provides in-depth information on spill prevention, response, notification, and cleanup procedures.
