A: This is not a new requirement, please see previous award information below.

· Incumbent – Kipp Mickels Equipment, Inc.

· Contract Number – SP4510-21-A-0004

· Award Value - $2,947,860.00

2. Would it be possible to provide pictures of the type of tires that will need to be disposed of?

A. Pictures are not available at this time. Per section 1(b) of the Performance Work Statement the variety and types of tires that may be turned in requiring recycling/disposal include scrap rubber tires consisting of, but not limited to, ground vehicle, industrial equipment, aircraft, steel belted, and bias ply.

3. Average full containers per month (or average lbs./tires per month) and the typical time-to-fill a standard container used at that site.

A. We cannot predict the quantity, type, or when our military customers will turn in. Quantities turned in also varies by site location. Historically Demil A tires have been received in larger quantities than tires requiring demilitarization/mutilation, but we cannot guarantee what will be received or how many.

4. Seasonal variation (e.g., peak months, surges) and expected min/max ranges.

A. Please refer to the answer to question 3 above. Specific quantities and when tires will be turned in are unknown.

5. Any planned changes that could materially affect frequency or volume over the period of performance.

A. There are no known or planned changes that will impact frequency or volume at this time.

6. Are there any specific access requirements or security protocols for contractors working at Camp Pendleton?

A. Base access requirements may vary per location. Upon award our Contract Officer Representative at each location will provide access guidance to each respective site location.

7. Can you provide any clarification on whether any California-specific environmental regulations apply to the disposal process beyond federal standards.

A. The awardee is responsible to follow all local, state, and federal laws as applicable.

8. Could you confirm which Wage Determination applies specifically to Camp Pendleton?

A. Camp Pendleton is located in San Diego County. Please refer to the Wage Determination Attachment 2015-5635 Pendleton and San Diego for the Camp Pendleton Wage Determination data.
