Question Answer

There is no CLIN for on site waste management services included in Attach 1 in Rota. Is this a mistake? Attachement 10, 3.5, page 13, explains WMS might or might not be ordered. But there is then no CLIN. Please explain
Corrected on PWS and added to Bid schedule. Management services are presently being used at ROTA (40 hours a week).
What is the condition of the existing building, is defective/suitable.Will a rental be needed. Is a guarantee dor minimum standard of working conditions for the operator doing the waste management service required?
The condition of the building is poor. Presently there is no indication that the customer will provide a replacement. Per the PWS at 0.c, Provision of this shed (equipment) can be considered the contractor's responsibility. Please include a note in your email, with your solicitation submission, telling how much coverage of this building rental affects your price for the management CLIN.

Difference between these 2 CLINS, please explain: N6841 Purchase of Boxes, UN approved for Aerosol can solids (4G/5.6/S), Box holds 12 each Aerosols.

N6842 Purchase of Boxes, UN approved for Aerosol can solids (4G/11.1/S) Box holds 12 each Aerosols N6841 is fine. N6842 should be for a quantity of 6 vice 12 as written. Please see updated bid schedule.

Attachment 8 and 9 (Qualified facility profile) needs only to be filled in for new facilities not previously on the qualified facilities list? If no additional facilities planed, there is no need to fill in? Please confirm.
You will need to fill out new forms. This does not transfer from contract to contract, whether incumbent for this contract or another with DLA Disposition Services. At this time, it is preferred that forms be submitted with the solicitation application to help expedite the award process, however, if not included, it will not affect selection process. Only those of the selected contractor for award will be added online once the vendor is selected and award made.
Doc 10, page 4, needs correction. If not, other bidders might understand that prices for the CLINs do not include transportation. All CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) prices (attachment 1, Bid/Price Schedule for Hazardous Waste Services Azores) shall include all costs for performing under this contract. Transportation services shall be separately priced, in addition to waste and transportation CLINs.
PWS updated.
Is there information available about the amount for every CLIN that refers to Moron and Rota separately?
The same bid schedule applies to both Rota and Moron, unless otherwise noted in the PWS or Bid schedule.
Will the collection of the material be at each point or will there be a neuralgic center for collecting all the materials from each Base ( Rota and Moron)?
Presently, pick up points total 2. One each at Moron, and Rota. (Refer to questions and answers to 1 and 2. ) However, the contract is for all of Spain, in which case, if needed, other pick up points may be added later. Attachment 4 has been updated to include full addresses.
If there is a neuralgic collection center for all materials, should the contractor manage it?
Refer to questions and answers to items 1 and 2.
On page 4 is to read: (attachment 1, Bid/Price Schedule for Hazardous Waste Services Azores), maybe only a typo?
It is a TYPO. Should refer to Spain.
On page 13 is to read: WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES – CLINs N6100 through N6399. But these clin are not on the Bid Schedule.
Management CLIN was added.
