This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SP330027Q0003, issued by DLA Distribution's Acquisition Operations on October 21, 2026, with an effective date of October 15, 2026. The amendment addresses five vendor questions regarding inspection and testing services for specialized equipment.

The amendment provides clarification on equipment specifications and requirements. Four vehicles with aerial bucket equipment require inspection and testing: Ford F750 with Altec AA755L (Serial #0705BZ3699), RAM 5500 with Altec AT40G (Serial #0119EY4220), International 4700 with Altec D842-BC (Serial #0993-BE0524), and International 7400 with Altec A72-T. Electrical insulation testing requirements specify upper booms tested at 54/80KV DC for 1 minute and lower booms at 50KV DC for 3 minutes, with bucket liner specifications at 100KV DC for 3 minutes. The solicitation includes inspection and testing of up to 15 hot-line tools (hot sticks and shot gun sticks, 10 feet and up to 15,000V). No photographs or previous inspection reports are available. No third-party inspector certification is required; only post-inspection test reports are required upon service completion. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the original solicitation or risk rejection.
