3 PWS 2.10.1 2.10.1 A Is the System Administrator a full time position? No 4 PWS 6.2 2.10.1 B There is not a list of network switches or network gear. Without the network equipment it will not be possible to properly assess the cost of cyber maintenance.

11 PWS 6.2 2.10.1 B The PWS states that the J6 maintains the operating system and most applications (6.2.B), can you clarify what STIGs you are expecting the contractor to perform?

12 PWS 6.2 2.10.1 B Are the current systems in an enclave receiving services such as AD, ePO, PKI, HBSS, etc. or are they in a Closed Restricted Network?

They are not on a Closed Restricted Network

13 PWS 6.2 2.10.1 B Please clarify what would be expected of the contractor in the move to the OT enclave that is mentioned in the PWS.

Contractor will be expected to work with J64 to migrate current ESS systems from the enclave it is currently on to the OT. Contractor will be expected at a minimum to configure, troubleshoot, test the ESS applications and devices to a working ESS system.

14 PWS 5.0 2.10.1 A Will a man lift be required to service any of the cameras? A personnel lift would be required to service the cameras. You can also access them using the roof access but a personnel lift would be safer.

15 PWS 5.0 2.10.1 A Please provide the line of demarcation between the "Regional Operations Center (ROC)" and the equipment described in the PWS?

The vendor is responsbile for the equipment starting at the ROC as staetd in the PWS Para 5.0

16 What is the current contract number? SP3300-20-P-0157 17 Who is the incumbent? SIGNET TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

18 PWS 6.0 For PWS 6.0 (Task 3) page 22 of 41, this task describes a full system upgrade. The current pricing This ia not an upgrade it's a IP reconfiguration that involves cooperation with our J6.

sheet does not reflect a specific line item cost. If PWS 6.0 (Task 3) is to be priced, under what cost on the pricing sheet should this be included?

19 Please confirm that “N00002362 Contractor Manpower Reporting” on the pricing sheet is associated with PWS 6.1 (Task 1). If not, can you please clarify what cost you are expecting to be associated with this line item?

20 Attachment 5 shows different frequencies for maintenance task that what is shown on the These should all reflect QTRLY Inspections.

Attachment 3 Equipment List .In Attachment 5, maintenance activities are preformed quarterly, while Attachment 3 activities range from semi-annually to quarterly.

Which attachment supersedes on the frequency of maintenance activities?

21 The equipment list does not include information on the Mass notification system or ECK system, can the list of included equipment and maintenance activities be provided?

For the ECK (Electronic Control Key System.) We have 2 Morse Keywatcher 2 key boxes and a laptop that monitors the boxes. The laptop is maintained by our local J6 personnel. Software install is a combined J6 and contractor operation.

Software is provided by the Key watcher.

-For the Mass Notification System: We have an APC Smart UPS 1500 MNS with radio power supply SS2000 , and runs Federal Signal Commander software system Maintenance performed is Qrtrly. Testing and any software upgrades coordinated with our local J6. You provide software and our J6 provides the install of software. Maintenance on the MNS includes changing batteries in the annunciators. In the past, contractor submits a quote to us for purchase of batteries and then they install them as part of their maintenance contract.

22 Regarding Attachment+2+-PWS-ESS+Rpr+Mntc+Svcs.pdf, can you please confirm that there will be no as-built drawings and that the contractor will need to develop and maintain as-built drawings to depict existing conditions on-site?

We do not have access to as builts of the ESS system, and will be unable to provide as built drawings.

23 Per the E-FILE III - Price quoted Instructions on page 16 of 27, item #1 states that firms are to submit a signed and dated quote along with the completed Attachment 1 – Scheduled of Supplies. Can you please confirm that the Factor 3: Price will be submitted as two separate electronic files (word document and excel file)?

Yes, two separate files.
