This section describes the competition as being conducted under Full and Open competition. However, on page 11, the following clause is checked which indicates the requirement is 100% total small business set-aside: 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Aside (Nov 2011) (15 U.S.C. 644). Please clarify if this requirement is being set aside as a small business acquisition or competed on a full and open basis.
This RFQ will be conducted using full and open competition.
The clause on page 11 was checked inadvertantly and is hereby removed via Amendment One.
Is this a new requirement or is there an incumbent vendor? If available, can you please send along the incumbent contract number?
No. The incumbent is M3T Corporation under contract number SP3300-16-M-0731.
We were going through the RFQ and supporting documents looking for a description of the parts that would be requiring quarterly and monthly maintenance. Attachment 2 has a parts list but not a description. Is this something that you might be able to provide? Any and all help on this would be most appreciated.
Yes. This can be discussed with the Government POC during the site visit.
