About this file
This is a Special Procurement Notice from the State of Oregon regarding a LinkedIn service request. The procurement seeks to establish a contract for LinkedIn services, including platform access and advertising capabilities. The notice indicates that Oregon intends to utilize LinkedIn for recruitment, employer branding, and promotional purposes. The document outlines the state's intention to engage LinkedIn's services on a single-source basis, reflecting the unique and specialized nature of the platform. The procurement does not specify traditional bidding timelines, site visits, or bidder conferences, as this appears to be a direct procurement for a specific vendor's services rather than a competitive solicitation.
The procurement is structured as a special procurement request, indicating that the state has determined there is a single source capable of providing the requested services. Pricing terms, contract duration, and renewal options are not detailed in the notice document itself. The request reflects Oregon's current operational needs for digital recruitment and marketing services, leveraging LinkedIn's established platform capabilities. No set-asides, incumbent information, or specific funding sources are identified in the notice.
