A designated government official must escort and oversee the contractor at all times, inspect completed work, and sign off on service checklists. Any equipment failures, leaks, or system abnormalities must be reported immediately to Residential Maintenance Supervisor Robert Tshabalala. The contractor must submit a comprehensive, site-specific safety plan addressing hazard mitigation, personal protective equipment, confined space safety, and other requirements mandated by South African law (Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993) and U.S. regulations.
