About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the VJETTS Furniture Phase 2 project located at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Orlando, Florida and UCF Hyperspace Orlando, Florida, prepared by NAWCTSD (Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division).

The project involves two phases of furniture installation work to be completed by September 25, 2026. Phase 1 requires the contractor to purchase, ship, store at a CDS warehouse, transport, and install new systems furniture including all associated appurtenances at the UCF Hyperspace Building (12905 Ingenuity Drive, Orlando, Florida 32826), with all furniture required to match existing installations. Phase 2, if requested by the government, requires the purchase, shipment, storage, transport, and installation of seating and marker boards with the same matching and coordination requirements. Both phases mandate compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes including Unified Facility Criteria, completion and usability testing of all work, and maintenance of minimal dust and noise levels with daily cleanup. The Period of Performance begins July 1, 2026, and regular working hours are established as an 8-hour period between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays, with no power disruptions allowable during normal working hours. The contractor must submit three copies of Safety Data Sheets, Statement of Nonuse of Ozone Depleting Substances, Accident Prevention Plan with Activity Hazard Analysis, Work Schedule, Bonds and Insurance documentation, names and citizenship information for all on-site workers, and standard drawings in ACAD LT 2012 and PDF format within 7 calendar days after award. All work must comply with OSHA standards, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manuals (EM 385-1-1), and electrical safety codes, with Lockout/Tagout procedures required and no live electrical work permitted.
