The USMMA seeks a qualified contractor to provide a complete turn-key solution for a new LED video scoreboard at Tomb Field, approximately 60 feet wide by 30 feet tall with a 10mm or tighter pixel pitch. The scoreboard must feature 7,000+ nits brightness, 16-bit color depth, adjustable color temperature (3200K-9300K), 3,840 Hz refresh rate, and IP-67 sealed modules with 160° horizontal and 70° vertical viewing angles. The system requires a primary LED display processor with an identical redundant, hot-swappable backup processor to ensure uninterrupted operation. Spare parts must include 5% of critical components (display panels, power supplies) and 3% of secondary components (drivers, cables, fuses). A decorative truss featuring 3-foot USMMA lettering must be included at the top of the structure. The contractor must provide a comprehensive brightness control system with automatic ambient light sensing and manual override capabilities, along with comprehensive documentation including operator manuals in hard copy and PDF formats, with free operating system upgrades for the life of the equipment.
