About this file
This document is a Security Fencing Requirements specification for a High Level RVSS Upgrade Re-locatable Tower project for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The requirements detail a comprehensive security fencing system with specific technical specifications, including an 8-foot high non-ground penetrating fence, lockable personnel and trailer gates, bilingual signage, and ability to withstand 90 mph winds and 10-degree ground slopes. The procurement involves 163 eight-foot panels, 4 sixteen-foot swing gates, 4 four-foot panels, and 4 four-foot gates, to be delivered to the CBP Southwest Field Office in Tucson, Arizona within 60 days after contract award. Fence components must be transportable by a 3/4 ton pickup truck, installable by two people, resistant to cutting, rust-inhibiting, and optionally stabilized with weights not exceeding 50 lbs if ground anchoring is not possible.
