About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for hydraulic pump services to be performed for the U.S. Coast Guard under solicitation 70Z08526Q49022B00. The work involves opening, inspecting, and servicing hydraulic pumps, with the government seeking competitive quotes on a firm fixed price basis evaluated for best value. The solicitation is issued as a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12, with all responsible sources eligible to submit quotations.
Technical acceptability evaluation will assess compliance with packaging, preservation, and marking requirements, ability to meet delivery schedules, and fairness and reasonableness of pricing, with shipping costs to be included in item pricing rather than as separate line items. Award prerequisites include an active SAM.gov registration, non-debarred status, and past performance consideration where available. Payment terms are NET 30 in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment clause. The total evaluated price will sum all line items, and vendors must provide documentation demonstrating their capability to meet all specified requirements.
